Rubicon Leisure, a UK community leisure operator with two sites, needed a customised, cloud-based management solution to support multi-facility operations, online self-service bookings, payment options, member communications, access control, and reporting. They chose PerfectGym, using products including Perfect Gym Manager, Payments Module, CRM, PG GO App, Client Portal, Automation Centre, and Facility Booking.

PerfectGym implemented a bespoke system integrated with GoCardless and Stripe, alongside automation tools and the Courses module to streamline payments, communications, bookings, and swimming programme management. The results included 81.27% of recurring payments collected, 97% of payments processed successfully, a 30% increase in new members in the swimming programme, 86% mobile app usage among non-swim members, and 24% membership growth in Q1 2023.
