Mudo Gym, a Norwegian fitness chain operating 31 locations with over 15,000 active members, needed a more scalable, digitally sophisticated system to support its hybrid martial-arts-plus-gym model and international franchising ambitions (HITIO). Perfect Gym implemented a unified platform with live cross-club analytics, slot-booking and real-time occupancy via mobile apps, flexible contract tools, and an open-API integration to support Norway’s CrediCare payment system and QR-based access control. The result is a single, franchise-ready system that streamlines billing and front-desk work, improves capacity management for COVID-era reopening, delivers measurable cost savings (fewer card replacements and lower staff load), and creates a scalable foundation for Mudo Gym’s planned European expansion.
