How Oktopus Doubled Online Membership Purchases with Perfect Gym

Oktopus Fitness Clubs, a Georgian fitness brand with four locations, wanted a way to give members more control over their memberships, improve communication, and streamline club operations while supporting continued growth. To achieve this, Oktopus partnered with Perfect Gym and implemented tools including Perfect Gym Manager, the Automation Centre, the Client Portal, and the PG GO App.

With Perfect Gym, Oktopus automated member communication, enabled class booking and online payments, and gave members access to self-service membership management through the mobile app and portal. The results were strong: customer retention grew by around 60%, class attendance increased by 267%, and online membership purchases doubled in 2022, while nearly 17% of payments were made through the app or website.
