MACFit, the budget gym brand of Mars Sportif and Turkey’s largest fitness chain (grown from 6 to 81 clubs and serving roughly 200,000 users), faced fragmented, decentralized management systems that caused duplicated/missing members, limited contract flexibility (no rejoining, freezes, transfers or automatic refunds), high churn risk and growing operational strain. In 2018 MACFit selected Perfect Gym to replace legacy tools and provide a scalable, digital-first management platform to support rapid expansion and modern member expectations.
Perfect Gym delivered a cloud-based, all-in-one platform with flexible contract management and open APIs (integrating with MACFit’s online signup and Virtuagym), centralizing data and automating onboarding, payments and reporting. The outcome: membership-management tickets dropped sharply, collections became two times faster, onboarding/integration times fell from 5–10 minutes to seconds, long‑term membership sales increased (improving cash flow), and MACFit gained consistent, ETL-ready analytics to drive KPI reporting and scalable growth — all enabled by Perfect Gym.
