Harder, a chain of boutique fitness clubs in Poland, needed to adapt to consumer-led changes—offering flexible, no‑commitment memberships while reducing administrative costs and improving member communication and booking experience. To achieve this they partnered with Perfect Gym, using its configurable gym management system, Automation Center, Client Portal and the Perfect Gym mobile app to integrate sign‑ups and member services directly into their website and clubs.

Perfect Gym implemented automated online sign‑ups, QR code app entry, push notifications, in‑app class ratings and referral tools, and streamlined account management via the mobile app. The results included a 60% increase in member app interaction, a 14% rise in in‑class attendance, 876% more feedback, 7–9% uplift in membership sales from targeted campaigns and up to 20% referral conversion—while reducing staff workload and boosting revenue.
