Gold's Gym Jordan, a 14,000 sqm flagship club aiming to become the Middle East’s largest training facility, needed a scalable, multizone software solution to manage complex operations across pools, studios, functional areas and member services. Perfect Gym was chosen to provide the Perfect Gym Software Platform, including website-embedded online booking, access control integration and the new fitness-industry CRM to help the sales team convert leads and manage prospects end-to-end.

Perfect Gym deployed its platform remotely and implemented the CRM, Point-of-Sale, Perfect Gym Manager back office, access-control logging, and is rolling out Perfect Gym Go Mobile App, Client Portal and in-club kiosks. The Perfect Gym solution gave Gold's Gym Jordan full visibility of the sales funnel, enabled lead-to-member conversion, tracked attendance and duration, and supported rapid expansion of features across the club — helping drive operational control and contributing to the club’s market recognition (winner of “Best New International Gold's Gym”).
