GO24 Fitness, a four-location gym operator in Hong Kong, set out to merge a high-end experience with low-cost, contract-free membership options but struggled to scale with fragmented software. They needed a platform that supported 24-hour automated access, flexible contract options, and centralized analytics across multiple clubs — requirements they addressed by adopting Perfect Gym’s platform and services.

Perfect Gym implemented a centralized system including a white‑labeled mobile app with QR cardless entry, access-control integration, POS, analytics and an Automation Center, plus dedicated implementation and staff training. The result was a single synchronized member database (replacing four separate systems), unified staff visibility and reporting (member reports, daily new members, POS revenue, commissions), increased secondary‑spend sales through PT, lockers and merchandise, and improved retention during COVID via automated communications and flexible contract/freezing options. Perfect Gym also provided ongoing support to ensure smooth scaling and operations.
