United Natural Foods, Inc. (UNFI), a distributor of natural and organic foods, specialty foods, and related products in the U.S. and Canada, was transitioning to a more selling-based trade show model. The company needed technology that could support its diverse customer base and varied pricing approaches, rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all process.
