Shippo, a technology company that helps retailers and platforms manage global shipping, asked Perdoo to relaunch and expand their OKR program after prior attempts had stalled (previously managed in spreadsheets and limited to leadership). Shannon Lincoln, Shippo’s VP of Finance and OKR Ambassador, engaged Perdoo’s OKR software and coaching to address weak alignment across a fast-growing organization and to get everyone focused on outcomes rather than activity.

Perdoo deployed a Perdoo Coach and a top-down rollout that began with leadership training to shift from output-based to outcome-based OKRs, then cascaded company OKRs after defining mission, vision and strategy. The Perdoo-led approach—including Socratic coaching with the Product team, clearer baselines for measurement, and cross-team prioritization—delivered measurable improvements in quarter-one adoption, stronger interdepartmental alignment, and a company-wide focus on results rather than activity.
