Proemion, a German telematics company, faced entrenched silos and no effective way to communicate company strategy and goals across its 51–200 person organization. Seeking an agile alternative to a Balanced Scorecard, Proemion adopted the OKR framework and selected Perdoo’s OKR software and coaching to give every employee a scalable, accessible way to see and manage strategy and KPIs.
Using Perdoo and a Perdoo coach, Proemion ran an eight‑month, step‑by‑step rollout—training lead groups, then team leads, and finally the whole company—embedding OKRs and KPIs into day‑to‑day work. The Perdoo implementation delivered real‑time, centralized visibility of company and team goals, fostered cross‑functional alignment, built internal OKR advocates, and shifted the culture toward outcome‑focus, transparency, and reduced siloing.
