OS33, maker of the Workplace SaaS platform for compliance and productivity in wealth management, needed to take its existing OKR program to the next level. Jason Arrigo, Director of Education, inherited an OKR setup scattered across Excel and Confluence with no dedicated owner, a cascading approach that blurred company- and team-level goals, and teams overloaded with objectives. Jason chose Perdoo’s OKR software and coaching to help standardize the program and drive clearer company-level focus.
Perdoo worked with Jason to shift OS33 from measuring outputs to defining strategic, measurable outcomes: company Objectives were reframed at a strategic level, sub-objectives stopped cascading as tasks, and teams were empowered to set their own OKRs (with guidance to limit objectives to 3–5). Using Perdoo’s platform and methodology, OS33 gained a complete strategic overview, improved communication and onboarding, more objective KR scoring (e.g., tracking percent completion), and faster, better-informed quarterly decisions — turning OKR into a tool for prioritization and measurable impact.
