How Flaconi achieves its goals with OKR

Flaconi, a Berlin-based premium online shop for perfume and beauty products aiming to become Europe’s leading online beauty retailer, struggled to operationalize Objectives and Key Results after starting with a sprawling Excel file. The process was opaque, lacked alignment and transparency, and leadership couldn’t reliably tell whether goals were being met — so the CFO adopted the Perdoo OKR tool to embed OKR methodology into Flaconi’s business development.

Using Perdoo’s platform and ongoing tool development, Flaconi rolled out company-level OKRs defined by management, appointed an OKR Ambassador to coach teams, and set mostly quantitative Key Results with clear initiatives and bi-weekly follow-ups.
