When a major North American municipality required AGENT511 to replicate its DBaaS architecture on-premises, the company needed a dependable, corruption-free database back-end with very high availability and uptime to meet regulatory and mission-critical service requirements.

Percona performed an Architecture and Design review, provided consulting to implement a multi-datacenter clustering strategy, and activated Percona Support for ongoing troubleshooting. AGENT511 deployed Percona XtraDB Cluster for synchronous, multi-site replication, fault-tolerant failover and rapid replication, delivering the high availability, data integrity and “five 9s” uptime needed to keep public-sector communications running without interruption.
