Perceptive Software, Inc implemented ImageNow, WebNow, ImageNow Content Server, and ImageNow Printer in a two-week rollout, integrating them with iVUE Financial Application Suite and homegrown applications. The solution converted 300,000 existing images and enabled on-demand document retrieval, simultaneous access for multiple users, and remote access for other offices. As a result, Mid-Carolina Electric Cooperative, Inc. improved customer response times, reduced manual filing and retrieval, and increased productivity with a low-maintenance system handling 55,000 scanned documents per month.
