JE Dunn Construction, one of the nation’s largest general building contractors, needed a way to centralize and standardize accounts payable and other administrative processes across six operating companies. Mailing paper invoices to project managers around the country was slow, costly, and wasteful, so JE Dunn turned to Perceptive Software, Inc and its ImageNow enterprise content management solution to support its leaner, greener operations.

Perceptive Software, Inc implemented ImageNow and ImageNow Workflow, integrated with CMiC, to route invoices electronically and give users instant access to payment documents from anywhere. The result was a dramatic improvement in efficiency: subcontractor invoice approvals dropped from seven to 10 days to the same day, paper use was reduced, and JE Dunn gained better control, visibility, and standardized processes nationwide.
