Using Pepperjam’s Ascend™ technology, RetailMeNot aimed to prove its impact across the buyer journey while helping brands manage customer acquisition costs.

Pepperjam’s Ascend™ platform provided spend allocation tools, Exclusive Code, Preferred Partner, audience targeting, and attribution capabilities to show incremental value and reward partners more accurately. The results included a 42% H1 year-over-year increase in new customer revenue for RetailMeNot, 13% growth for Ascend brands, 85% higher average order value for new customers versus blended AOV, and strong attribution performance with RetailMeNot appearing as the only partner in 85% of attributed conversions.
