Burrow, a direct-to-consumer furniture brand, needed to reach new audiences and convert shoppers while avoiding high acquisition costs from paid search, social, and traditional PR. To diversify its marketing mix, Burrow partnered with Pepperjam and used the Pepperjam Ascend™ platform to tap partner distribution through a scalable, pay-for-performance affiliate approach.

Using Pepperjam’s Ascend™ (with Discover technology), Burrow identified and recruited right-fit partners, automated lookalike recommendations, and optimized creative assets to converge brand and performance marketing. The program diversified traffic and revenue—content sites drove 50.6% of clicks, loyalty and comparison sites accounted for 24.3% and 17.7% of clicks respectively, and content syndication and coupon sites generated 34.8% and 21.2% of revenue—demonstrating measurable acquisition growth through Pepperjam.
