Pepperjam implemented a selective, transparency-focused affiliate strategy — choosing the right publishers, testing exclusive promo codes during holidays, increasing commission rates for loyalty sites, reinvesting via commission/flat-fee spends, and enforcing content review by Prana’s brand manager and copywriter. The program drove strong incremental results: an average of 52% new users through the channel, 79% above the H2 forecast, and a $24.51 return on investment, demonstrating Pepperjam’s ability to grow revenue and new customers while maintaining Prana’s brand standards.
