The Leisure Collective (TLC), maker and distributor of Creatures of Leisure surf accessories and Otis Eyewear, sells direct to retailers in Australia and the US and via distributors worldwide. Rapid growth exposed the limits of paper-centric, legacy ERP sales processes: reps relied on paper catalogs and order forms with little inventory visibility, and management had minimal real-time insight into field sales and merchandising.

TLC implemented NetSuite and Pepperi’s mobile-first sales solution in a 10-week rollout (April–July), deploying order-taking and route/activity planning modules to reps’ existing tablets with remote training, followed by CRM and merchandising. The change streamlined back-office order processing, freed staff for higher-value work, improved reps’ order efficiency and accuracy, and gave management greater visibility and control over field activities.
