Case Study: Seculus achieves real-time sell-through visibility and reduces dead inventory with Pepperi

A Pepperi Case Study

Preview of the Seculus Case Study

SECULUS rolls out Pepperi across Brazil to gain sell-through visibility and minimize dead inventory

SECULUS, Brazil’s second-largest watch manufacturer and distributor, sells about four million watches annually through subsidiaries, distributors and 5,000 retail outlets. The company struggled with incomplete and delayed sell‑through data, sales reps over‑promising or ordering unavailable items, frequent over- or under‑stocking, and slow, manual order-taking at trade shows that led to lost sales.

Pepperi was integrated with SECULUS’s SAP ECC 6.0 to connect field ordering with back‑office processing, giving management real‑time sell‑in/sell‑out visibility and inventory optimization. The rollout across Brazil streamlined retailer operations, reduced dead inventory, improved planning, replenishment and rep efficiency, and enhanced the customer experience.
