AAB Fashion, an Australia-based distributor of 12 major beauty brands (including Andis, Gelish and Instant Rockstar) managing more than 10,000 SKUs for roughly 1,000 retail customers, needed a single, integrated omni-channel solution to give retailers access to its full catalog, inventory, promotions and order history, encourage self-service ordering, support tiered pricing, and free field reps from routine order-taking so they could focus on selling.
By adding Pepperi’s B2B Mobile Storefront to its existing Pepperi sales automation (with no extra QuickBooks integration), AAB enabled in-store mobile ordering, real-time pricing and stock visibility, SKU bundling and tiered pricing. The result: storefront customers increased spend by at least 60%, self-service orders rose 38%, orders became larger and more frequent, some lines saw double- or triple-digit growth, new customers were won from competitors, reps shifted to higher-value selling, and customer satisfaction improved.
