Pamso is a Polish producer and distributor of more than 1,500 meat products sold through 110 retail stores, seven wholesale outlets and major accounts like Tesco, Carrefour and international hotel chains. Facing the food industry’s unique ordering needs (pre-packs, decimal quantities) and the need for reps to access real‑time pricing, inventory and customer preferences in the field, Pamso needed an easy-to-adopt, automated sales system that would speed order-taking and improve visibility.
Implementing Pepperi, integrated with Pamso’s Titan ERP, gave reps lightning-fast search and filtering, instant access to current offers, prices and stock, and centralized management of tasks, visits and sales goals. As a result, reps save time on orders and visit more customers to close more sales, management can spot trends and forecast more accurately, and improved customer service has strengthened Pamso’s competitive position in the Polish meat market.
