Marlox and Mondaine execute their omni-channel distribution strategy with Pepperi

Marlox Group and Mondaine are Swiss watch and jewelry manufacturers with global reach, selling through their own channels and a network of distributors in more than 80 countries. Their challenge was managing a complex omni-channel operation—minimizing dead inventory at retail, giving sales reps, distributors and partners real-time visibility into stock and pricing, and gaining sales-performance data to inform production and expansion—while supporting different technologies and mobile devices across channels.

Marlox integrated its SAP ERP with the Pepperi B2B Commerce Platform, deploying a Pepperi mobile app for reps and a B2B web storefront for customers and distributors so orders, pricing, catalogs and inventory sync in real time (with offline access for reps). The deployment enabled POS stock-taking and sell-through visibility for better inventory and production planning, faster and more accurate order fulfillment with fewer backorders, higher average order values from cross-sell/upsell recommendations, and broader adoption and efficiency across independent distributors.
