Luminox, the maker of Swiss-illumination sports watches used by military and mainstream consumers, faced a failing legacy ERP and needed a user-friendly, mobile sales solution that would integrate with any new back-end system. Sales reps required an offline-capable order-taking app for trade shows and field work, and the company lacked accurate, timely visibility into in‑store inventory and sell-through for top items.
Luminox implemented Pepperi’s mobile sales suite ahead of its ERP replacement, integrating customer data, sales history and product content and deploying apps on iPads and Android tablets in under five weeks. The solution delivered real-time updates from the field, improved sell-through and in-store tracking, provided continuous performance reporting for management, increased rep productivity, and is planned for broader rollout and B2B self-service once the new ERP is in place.
