Rick Stein Group, a restaurant group with 12 unique venues across southern England, sought to offer its customers flexible digital ordering and payment experiences that would suit each of its varied service models. They partnered with vendor Pepper to implement a solution, most recently adopting Pepper's Pay at table product to increase efficiency.

The Pay at table solution from Pepper allows diners to scan a QR code to view, split, and pay their bill instantly. This integrated system reduced payment times, alleviated pressure on staff during peak hours, and improved the overall customer experience. The broader partnership with Pepper, which also includes a successful app for order-ahead and table ordering, has been highly successful. The Rick Stein app has over 66,000 active users and has processed nearly 100,000 orders since its launch.
