Regionally Owned Bank Invests in a Peplink and Telco Deployed Network

Regionally Owned Bank, a bank in Asia, needed a dependable network to connect its head office, branches, and ATMs while supporting sensitive data traffic. To reduce reliance on costly VSAT-only links, the bank worked with Peplink to design a more flexible WAN connectivity setup that could support LTE-based communication across multiple sites.

Peplink implemented a network built around a Balance 210 at the head office, MAX HD2 routers with dual LTE SIMs at branch offices, and MAX BR1 routers with LTE at ATMs, all tied together with SpeedFusion tunnels. The solution used Bandwidth Bonding for branches and Hot Failover for ATMs, improving uptime and enabling seamless switching between LTE and VSAT. As a result, Regionally Owned Bank reported significantly better network reliability and more confident operations.
