Quálitas Seguros, one of Mexico’s leading auto insurance companies with more than 4 million clients across 500+ locations, needed a more stable and scalable branch network. Despite having fixed-line connectivity in its offices, the company was experiencing network downtime and wanted an infrastructure that could better support day-to-day branch applications.

To address this, Quálitas Seguros worked with **Peplink** and partner Connectivity Solutions to deploy a branch edge infrastructure using Balance appliances, InControl 2 management, dual MPLS links, and best-effort backup connectivity across about 140 offices. The solution delivered Bandwidth Bonding and WAN Smoothing, helped reduce reliance on costly best-effort links, and improved monitoring across the network; Quálitas Seguros reported average uptime of **99.27%**, with downtime largely attributed to electrical issues.
