A Peplink Case Study
Osborne Construction, a UK firm with annual turnover over £320m and up to 90 active sites, faced inconsistent and slow site connectivity — long ADSL lead times, patchy 3G/4G performance and costly satellite trials — as BIM and other digital workflows became mandatory. To solve this they adopted Onwave’s managed connectivity service built on Peplink SpeedFusion bonding technology and Peplink routers to aggregate whatever links were available (2G/3G/4G, DSL, satellite, Wi‑Fi) into a resilient connection.
Onwave used Peplink SpeedFusion to bond multiple links into a single, failover-capable pipe, delivering guaranteed bandwidth, fixed costs and rapid provisioning; Osborne has deployed the solution to about 15 sites and cut setup times from weeks or months to days. The Peplink-based service enabled seamless transitions between LTE and fixed lines (reducing monthly costs and increasing bandwidth for long projects) and helped Osborne win the Computer Weekly European Award for Best Networking Project of the Year.
