MY PARADIS, a luxury superyacht traveling across the Mediterranean, needed to upgrade its onboard network from LTE to reliable 5G so guests could stream seamlessly while at sea. The captain wanted a high-quality connectivity solution that could keep pace with the yacht’s premium onboard experience, and turned to Peplink for help.

Peplink, working with SeaSatCom, deployed a MAX HD2 MBX 5G on board, along with Maritime 20G and Mobility 40G antennas and SpeedFusion Bandwidth Bonding to aggregate multiple 5G connections. The result was improved 5G coverage across the Mediterranean and enough aggregated bandwidth to support simultaneous streaming and smooth network usage onboard.
