Mission of Mercy, a community organization providing free healthcare through fixed sites and mobile clinics across Arizona, Maryland, Pennsylvania and Texas, needed dependable, secure connectivity so clinicians could access patient records and follow up across state lines. After communication failures between mobile clinics and offices threatened mission-critical care, they engaged Peplink (via partner West Networks) and selected Peplink hardware including MAX HD2 units for the coaches and a Balance 710 at the data center.

West Networks deployed Peplink MAX HD2 routers in each mobile clinic and a Peplink Balance 710 in the data center to form SpeedFusion VPNs with Bandwidth Bonding and Wi‑Fi-as-WAN failover, creating resilient, “unbreakable” connections. The Peplink solution delivered 24/7 real‑time access to electronic medical records, centralized VPN termination and access controls for HIPAA compliance, and reliable VoIP and data transmission for remote clinics, ensuring uninterrupted patient care and secure data flow.
