Manufacturing Plant Assembles Complete Peplink Infrastructure for Reliable Connectivity

American Manufacturing Plant, a U.S. manufacturing operation for a globally known luxury automotive marque, needed a more stable and flexible network across multiple storage, production, and remote sites. Its fiber-based setup was difficult to deploy in remote locations, and mobile hotspots delivered unreliable single-link cellular connectivity. To address these challenges, the company turned to Peplink for a more dependable infrastructure.

Peplink, through West Networks, deployed a complete solution featuring SDX routers, SDX Pro, HD4 MBX, HD1 Dome, and BR1 Mini devices, all centrally managed with InControl 2. SpeedFusion Bandwidth Bonding and 5G/LTE Hot Failover were used to improve reliability and create stronger connectivity across sites. The result was a more secure, scalable network that could be rolled out quickly and paid for itself within months; at the showroom, dual 5G modems on the SDX Pro delivered speeds up to 240 Mbps.
