Hoiana Resort, one of Vietnam’s largest 5‑star luxury casino resorts, needed reliable, high‑bandwidth mobile Internet for its VIP limousine fleet so guests would have constant connectivity while traveling around Quang Nam and to/from Chu Lai Airport. To meet requirements for connectivity on the move, multi‑device bandwidth (including dash cams), seamless failover, and centralized monitoring, the resort’s integrator deployed Peplink equipment — notably MAX Transit Duo units (4 SIM cards per vehicle), a Balance 1350 at the control center, and Peplink’s InControl2 cloud management.
Peplink’s solution used MAX Transit Duo devices with bandwidth bonding and dual hot‑failover SIMs in each limousine, a Balance 1350 to aggregate links and terminate VPNs, and InControl2 for centralized monitoring and management. The result: Hoiana Resort now delivers fast, continuous Internet to VIP passengers, streams dash‑cam footage to the control center in real time, and can scale or reconfigure routers quickly with minimal effort — a cost‑effective, easily managed deployment that meets the resort’s 5‑star service standards.
