EDC Las Vegas Festivalgoers Feast on Peplink and Starlink Connectivity

Electric Daisy Carnival, a major Las Vegas music festival, faced significant connectivity failures when its incumbent internet provider succumbed to network saturation on the first day, leaving vendors unable to process payments. The challenge was to provide a robust and portable solution for up to 30,000 daily users that could withstand extreme demand and shifting crowd patterns.

Peplink implemented a highly redundant solution using HD4 MBX 5G routers in High-Availability mode, supported by multiple cellular carriers, fiber, and Starlink for backup. This deployment remained fully operational while other networks failed, consistently supporting over 1,000 concurrent users and ensuring vendors stayed online and profitable. Peplink's solution successfully demonstrated that reliable internet is achievable in the most demanding live event environments.
