Dagelijks Leven, a Netherlands-based provider of small-scale residential care for people with dementia and memory loss, needed a reliable network that could support building automation while also delivering Internet access for staff and residents—without the two interfering. Peplink (via partner Negotica) provided the networking solution, notably deploying Peplink’s AP One Enterprise access points to meet these requirements.
Negotica installed 6–7 Peplink AP One Enterprise units per care center, using their simultaneous dual‑band Wi‑Fi to create separate 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz networks so automation devices and user Internet traffic don’t clash; sensors feed resident-behavior data to Negotica’s software with dashboard alerts pushed to staff smartphones. Using Peplink’s AP One Enterprise, Negotica delivered a complete automated system that reduced Dagelijks Leven’s fixed costs and allowed each center to operate with fewer employees.
