Command Vehicle Fuels Mobile Connectivity with Peplink

International Humanitarian Organization needed mission-critical connectivity for a fire department command vehicle and a connected central station, with reliable internet in motion and enough Wi‑Fi coverage for on-site personnel without adding extra routers or complexity. Peplink was brought in to build the network from scratch, using mobile and branch routing hardware to support the operation.

Peplink deployed a MAX BR2 Pro in the command vehicle, a Balance 20X at the central station, and AP One AX access points for Wi‑Fi 6 mesh coverage. The two routers were linked via a secure SpeedFusion tunnel, enabling seamless roaming, bandwidth bonding for larger data transfers, and traffic steering for critical applications. The result was broader wireless coverage and a lower-cost infrastructure with no need for additional routers, while keeping the mobile unit and central station continuously connected.
