Banknote Company Assembles DC-DRC Network with Peplink

Peplink worked with a leading banknote company in Asia that needed a more reliable and secure way to connect its data center and disaster recovery center. The company was dealing with downtime and security risks from an unstable connection and wanted an SD-WAN-based solution that could use both wired and wireless links while fitting into its existing network.

Peplink deployed Balance 310X routers at both sites, connecting each to MPLS and LTE links and linking them with a secure SpeedFusion tunnel managed through InControl 2. The setup improved uptime through hot failover, protected data with VPN encryption, and reduced jitter for VoIP with WAN Smoothing, while also giving the customer centralized monitoring and reporting of connection drops.
