The american multinational organization, a New York-headquartered systems software company, faced a significant challenge with employee turnover at its five major locations in India Workforce Analytics tool. The goal was to identify the key drivers of attrition and enable predictive analysis for the future.

PeopleStrong utilized its ACoUSTIC model to analyze three years of data for over 5,000 employees, collated from multiple systems including SAP and SuccessFactors. This solution successfully predicted that 500 employees were at risk of leaving within six months, and 250 of those employees did leave as forecast. This allowed the organization to design better people strategies and cost-effective reward programs to improve retention.
