PeopleStrong implemented 6EPeople Services as a centralized HR shared services and contact center model, automating and standardizing key HR processes from hire to retire. The solution enabled self-service, automated letter generation, better data management, and stronger governance, helping Indigo deliver consistent service and shift HR toward strategic work. Measurable results included 8,000 helpdesk queries resolved in three months, 1,200 letters generated each month, turnaround time for letters reduced from 7 days to 1 day, 90% of FnF closed within 30 days, and thousands of paper pages saved through soft-copy letters and digital workflows.
