Maersk, a global leader in shipping and logistics, partnered with the employer branding firm PeopleScout to address a significant talent challenge. PeopleScout's solution was to develop a new, dynamic employer brand and Employer Value Proposition (EVP) centered on the core message "Let's go into the amazing." This was supported by five globally resonant messaging pillars: Pioneering, Belonging, Societal Impact, Unfolding Potential, and Global Citizens. The new branding was rolled out through targeted recruitment campaigns. As a result, Maersk saw a measurable improvement in its employer attractiveness, notably climbing the rankings in Universum's The Most Attractive Employers List.
