PeopleScout conducted extensive international research to build a new Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and a flexible global advertising campaign around the core message "Great change is here." This solution was supported by a comprehensive toolkit for recruiters worldwide. The project was a significant success, shortlisted for a Best Global Employer Brand award. Linklaters' graduate employer ranking rose 27 places to 19th, Glassdoor scores increased by 8%, and applications from female lawyers saw a notable increase.
