PeopleScout partnered with a leading manufacturing company to address the challenge of increasing female applicant and hire numbers within its historically male-dominated industry. The client wanted to change this perception and build a more inclusive workforce.
To meet this challenge, PeopleScout developed the Women in Manufacturing campaign. This involved interviewing female employees to create candidate personas and building a dedicated landing page and talent community using Affinix™. The campaign launched with employee spotlights, videos, and stories to showcase the company's inclusive culture. PeopleScout executed this targeted program to effectively attract women interested in manufacturing roles.
