Dow, a leading materials science company, faced a challenge managing a high-volume, high-touch graduate recruitment program across 15 countries in EMEA and India. With an in-house team at capacity, they needed support to quickly attract and hire over 100 STEM graduates and interns from a competitive talent pool. PeopleScout implemented a tailored solution, creating a bespoke microsite and optimizing job descriptions to engage candidates. Their multilingual team processed over 6,000 applicants and conducted over 1,200 interviews.
