St Loyes is a national charity with over 75 years’ experience and around 130 employees, providing employment training, care and support, and learning services. In February 2014 they set out to replace an outdated HR system and needed a modern, easy-to-use platform to improve staff processes, reporting and day-to-day HR administration.
They implemented People™, including its Self Service, reporting tools and employee recognition features. The result was near-universal staff adoption, far fewer support calls, faster access to leave, sickness and training records, and simple workforce reporting—delivering daily time savings for managers and a marked improvement in staff engagement and HR efficiency.
