Colorado State University Global, the nation’s first fully online public university, partnered with PeopleGrove to help boost Colorado’s postsecondary attainment among working adults. Facing a goal to raise degree completion and overcome unequal attainment across demographic groups, CSU Global needed a more usable, staff-controlled platform than their legacy portal—one that could centralize career services and reduce dependence on IT. They selected the PeopleGrove platform (including its Advising tool) to deliver that capability.

PeopleGrove implemented a single, integrated career-services hub that combines 1:1 career coaching, asynchronous resume reviews, alumni-student mentorship, discussion forums, a resource library, and 14 Groups for clubs and affinity communities. The PeopleGrove solution gave staff easier content creation and administration, enabled coaches to be matched by industry experience, delivered resume feedback within days, and built quality assurance through monthly coaching evaluations. CSU Global says the PeopleGrove platform has streamlined cross-departmental career support, increased timely student engagement, and provides measurable components such as 14 active Groups and recorded coaching metrics to monitor ongoing impact.
