VIVA Wallet, a fast-growing Pan-European cloud-based neobank with 1,100+ employees across 23 countries, needed to replace manual, paper-based HR processes that were slowing down performance evaluations and onboarding. As the company expanded rapidly, it struggled to keep employee feedback, new-hire information, and HR actions organized and visible.

VIVA Wallet implemented PeopleGoal’s Performance and Onboarding apps to automate goal-setting, monthly and quarterly reviews, onboarding checklists, and new-hire surveys, with integrations to Microsoft Teams and its HR database. The result was strong adoption and better accountability, including 98% of employees setting targets in the first quarter, while HR gained a centralized, streamlined process that saved time and improved the employee experience.
