PAVIR, the Palo Alto Veterans Institute for Research in California, needed a better way to manage performance reviews across its large and diverse research team. The result was a one-step solution that saved HR significant time, reduced manual follow-up, improved visibility into performance issues, and made reviews more relevant for employees. PAVIR also reported stronger engagement and positive feedback from Principal Investigators, with side-by-side self and manager evaluations creating much better understanding of performance.
