Ataway, a global consulting firm of about 450 collaborators, faced a fragmented, largely manual approach to performance management—Excel sheets and disparate local tools created heavy admin, inconsistent processes across markets, and no way to capture matrix reporting for employees with multiple managers. To address this, Ataway engaged PeopleGoal and its performance management platform to find a built-for-purpose, configurable solution.
PeopleGoal implemented a customizable platform with multi-dimension/matrix reporting, 360° feedback, recognition, goal-setting and quarterly reviews, initially rolled out to 120 offshore employees with a further 200 due to be onboarded by January 2021. The PeopleGoal platform delivered a single snapshot for reviews and reporting, improved transparency and benchmarking across geographies, positive employee adoption, reduced administrative burden for managers, and created a fairer, more consistent performance process.
