Morses Club PLC, a UK home‑collected credit lender with 230,000 customers and 1,942 agents across 98 locations, needed to meet strict FCA regulatory training requirements while supporting a largely remote, mobile workforce. Monthly regulatory modules and frequent system updates had to be completed on time, but training had previously been limited to branch laptops, limiting flexibility and engagement.
By deploying 2,500 tablets and using PeopleFluent LMS with the PeopleFluent E‑Learning+ mobile app, Morses Club made learning on demand, improved tracking and reporting, and freed managers from administering training. Completion rates rose from about 95% to roughly 99%, with a March 2018 module showing 99.7% completion and a 98% pass rate, and monthly completion consistently at or above 98%.
