PeopleFluent partnered with the Medical College of Wisconsin to strengthen feedback, planning and performance across staff and faculty. An engagement survey found employees loved the college but many didn’t see how their roles connected to organizational goals, so the Talent Management team sought a centralized, flexible performance and planning approach.
Using PeopleFluent Performance (alongside Recruiting and Succession), the college launched EMERGE, a tailored performance and planning process. The initiative boosted alignment with the institution’s mission, increased employee connection and community across silos, and created a measurable way to set expectations, evaluate and reward performance, and grow talent.
