Humentum is a Washington, DC–based non-profit that provides training and consulting to more than 270 member organizations working around the world, including in developing countries and active conflict zones. Its challenge was reaching globally dispersed learners who often work long hours with limited access to training and whose organizations may lack dedicated learning administrators—requiring an easy, accessible LMS that both learners and non-expert admins can use.

Since 2014 Humentum has used PeopleFluent Learning to build dedicated portals, pre-populate content, and offer two packages (a preloaded Quickstart and a highly configurable option) while handling much of the administration for member organizations. The solution enabled scaled delivery of compliance and skills training—resulting in 2022 totals of 290,000+ enrollments across 700+ courses, nearly 46,000 new unique learners in 156 countries, and roughly 140,000 active users.
